R. v. W.S.
Client accused of multiple sexual assaults against several women. Mr. Boggs was retained specifically to cross-examine crown expert witness. Crown complained to the court that the cross-examination was the most vicious that he had ever seen.
Client was acquitted of all charges.

R. v. H.P.
Million dollar fraud allegations. We brought a successful application to force the Attorney-General of Ontario to pay our legal fees on behalf of our client.
All charges were withdrawn against our client.

R. v. H.C.
Client accused with large scale production of marijuana, and proceeds of crime. We brought a successful application to force the Attorney-General to pay our legal fees on behalf of our client.
All charges were stayed. Client set free.

R. v. A.M.
Client accused of extortion, assault and assault causing bodily harm. Jury acquited client of assault and assault causing bodily harm; convicted of extortion.
We appealed conviction to Court of Appeal and conviction was overturned.

R. v. W.B. and R.C.
Client accused of running 3 different Marijuana grow operations, together with numerous gun offences. We brought an application to exclude the evidence because of an unreasonable search and seizure, contrary to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Application was granted and all the charges were stayed.

R. v. S. O.
Client accused of sexual assault against minor, family member, cross-examination of complainant at preliminary hearing and trial resulted in exposure of inconsistencies in complainant's story.
client acquitted.

R. v. C.D.
Client accused of sexual assault against minor, family member.
client acquitted.

R. v. C.M.
Client accused of committing 3 different robberies on the same night. 6 eyewitnesses. Cross-examination exposed weakness in identification.
Client acquitted of all 17 total counts of robbery, wear disguise and use of imitation firearm.

R. v. J.R.
Client accused of aggravated assault, after victim alleged that he was hit over the head with a tire iron. After severe and sustained cross-examination of complainant, the court acquitted and apologized to the client for him having to go through the court experience.

R. v. K.M.
Client accused of refusing to provide a breath sample. After strenuous cross-examination revealed that police officers' testimony might not be reliable, the court acquitted.

R. v. T.N.
Client accused of industrial scale marijuana production operation.
Charges withdrawn.

R. v. A.F.
Client accused of sexually molesting then 4 year old brother. After investigation by our firm, we adduced evidence that it was actually a parent who had molested several of the siblings.
Client acquitted.

R. v. T.L. et al
Client accused of robbing a convenience store along with several others.
Client acquitted.

R. v. J.D.
Client accused of assaulting wife. Cross-examination of wife revealed a tendancy to exaggerate and expand the story.
Client acquitted.
